More than 100 people attended the Women in Sport and Leadership Forum hosted by the Centre for Sport Capacity on Friday, Nov. 22. The event kicked off with keynote speaker Katrina Galas, founder of Common Consulting, and saw sport leaders from across the Niagara Region and beyond. The majority of attendees were representatives from sport clubs and local, provincial and national sport organizations, including Ontario Basketball, Ontario Rugby, Field Hockey Ontario, Fanshawe College, 2021 Canada Games Host Society, Sport Canada, Brock Niagara Penguins, People First, and the Ministry of Heritage, Sport, Tourism, Culture Industries.
