Virtual Bauhaus exhibit draws international visitors

The Virtual Bauhaus Exhibit in Market Hall drew some international visitors on Monday, Oct. 21. Omar Kahn, an Associate Professor of Architecture at the University at Buffalo, State University New York, and colleague Jordan Geiger, who publishes and lectures internationally on how architecture relates to human-computer interaction, visited Brock for a tour of the Bauhaus. Kahn and Geiger are partners in Gekh, an architecture design studio based in Buffalo, that works with arts and culture organizations. They are also affiliated with the Martin House designed by famed American architect Frank Lloyd Wright in the early 20th century. The Virtual Bauhaus exhibit was brought to Brock through efforts spearheaded by Associate Professor of History Elizabeth Vlossak. Here, Kahn tours the Bauhaus while Vlossak and Geiger look on.
