After draining the Eleanor Misener Aquatic Centre earlier this week, crews began the process of cleaning the pool on Thursday, Aug. 22. The pool will remain closed over the next two weeks as preventative maintenance and cleaning continues. It is scheduled to reopen Monday, Sept. 9 at 7 a.m.
