Residence 8, the University's latest capital project, now has a third dimension. As workers continue to build the ironwork frame, the elevator shaft on the right has reached five of its eventual six storeys. The major expansion will add more than 300 single-bed rooms, increasing Brock’s on-campus housing capacity to nearly 2,800 beds. Residence 8 will also include a 24/7 service desk for students, and a hub for Conference and Events Services. Expected completion is the summer of 2021.
