Goodman Group kick-started the 13th cohort of NextGen Municipal Leadership Development program on Tuesday, March 23. Twenty-eight individuals from six Ontario municipalities attended the first of 19 sessions that will take place over a 10-week period and focus on leadership, strategic planning, teamwork, project management, change management and personal growth. "It's great to see this comprehensive management development program successfully transitioning to an online format for the first time," said Abdul Rahimi, Goodman Group Director.
