Brock University's Off-Campus Living and Neighbourhood Relations (OCLNR) office hosted an information session on March 14 for landlords who rent (or are interested in renting) properties to Brock and Niagara College students. Landlords who participated received relevant information from several guest presenters, including the Landlord Tenant Board (LTB), Niagara Community Legal Clinic, and municipal fire and bylaw services. Landlords left the session equipped with tools, resources and supports to assist them in successfully renting their properties to students.
