On Sunday, March 12, student club Brock Women in Business held its fifth annual flagship event, The Rise, in celebration of International Women’s Day. The event gathered business leaders, professors and students to the Goodman Atrium for an interactive workshop, several fireside chats and a main discussion panel. Guest speakers (from left) included Smruti Patel, Thanuja Thananayagam, Jennifer Curry Jahnke, Tatyana Sokolyk and Andrea Johnson, who contributed to discussions around this year’s theme of #EmbraceEquity.
