Masaryk University's Pavlina Kadlckova, left, sat down last week with her Brock counterpart, Sheila Smith, Financial Manager for the Faculty of Social Sciences. Kadlckova visited from Czech Republic to learn about the Canadian funding system for universities, budgeting at the central university and faculty level and the project management system at Brock University. She also met with representatives from Humanities, Education, Financial Services and Brock International.
