Brock English programs highlighted at literary festival

Recent graduate Claire Gittins (BA ’21) (bottom) and Associate Professor James Allard from the Department of English Language and Literature spoke with host Sienna Tristen about Brock’s English programs as part of this year’s Word on the Street festival. Undergraduate Recruitment Officer Mike Pratas (not pictured) was also part of the discussion. The full panel discussion is available to watch on YouTube. Word on the Street is Canada’s largest free outdoor book and magazine festival and is held annually in major cities across the country. It has been taking place in Toronto since 1989 and draws anywhere from 100,000 to 200,000 attendees annually. This year, the festival was held virtually over 10 days in September.
