Bottling up CCOVI knowledge

Oenology and Viticulture students recently finished bottling the wines they made for their winemaking projects in the teaching winery at Brock’s Cool Climate Oenology and Viticulture Institute (CCOVI). Third-year student Lauren Barber fills bottles with the Lotus Gewurztraminer made by her group, before beginning the capping and labelling process. Each group was giving a different style of wine to make through the semester.
