A holiday break to remember

Aaron Han (left) and his family, including his mother Renee Ji, an International Student Advisor at Brock, welcomed Tasnim Nizam Priya (right), a first-year Public Health student from Bangladesh, over the winter break as part of the University's Home for the Holidays program. They not only enjoyed a family dinner together featuring dishes from around the world, but also spent time using wood-burning tools to create keepsake decorations. Brock faculty and staff opened their homes to the University's international students through the program, which aims to ensure students from abroad who are unable to make the trek home for the holidays are not alone through the festive season.
