Brock Central reopens for in-person services

Brock Central @ the Registrar’s Office will soon reopen for in-person services.

Like most of Brock’s administrative offices, Brock Central pivoted to remote service at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Beginning Tuesday, Sept. 7, the team of student service advisors will return to campus to welcome back students and assist them with their inquiries and requests related to admissions, course registrations, student awards, financial aid, tuition and fees and more.

With the exception of Tuesday, Sept. 7, Brock Central’s service hours for September are Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. On Tuesday, Sept. 7, Brock Central will open at 10 a.m.

There are three options for students seeking assistance from Brock Central:

  • In person at the Brock Central offices, located on the third floor of the Schmon Tower
  • Phone 905-688-5550 x3052
  • Email central@brocku.ca — Emails must be sent from a Brock email address for the Brock Central team to respond to inquiries regarding academic or financial status.

Brock Central @ the Registrar’s Office assists students with a wide range of inquiries and requests, including:

  • admissions
  • account and password resets
  • course registration
  • important academic and financial dates
  • OSAP & student account
  • scholarships, bursaries and awards
  • transcripts and letters
  • tuition and fees
