Thrive Week packed with mental health focused events

From massages and yoga to healthy meal prep and self-care, there is no shortage of workshops available during Brock University’s third Thrive Week, Monday, Nov. 11 to Friday, Nov. 15.

Led by the Student Wellness and Accessibility Centre in partnership with several campus and community partners, Thrive Week is a weeklong initiative that encourages positive mental health.

More than 30 events are scheduled to take place throughout the week that promote physical activity to manage stress and boost mental well-being, support individual self-care and resiliency, and educate the community about positive mental health, including what it means to thrive.

Most events are open to all Brock students, faculty and staff.
