Hey everyone!
I am writing today to tell you about an amazing event I took part in a couple of weeks ago, called Brock Bowls for Kids! This event spans over two days and is put on by the Big Brothers Big Sisters organization of St Catharines. This charity is a leading mentoring resource for children and youth in the Niagara region, helping individuals to be happier, healthier, more active citizens in the community! On February 6th, I took part in this event with a group I’m apart of, called the Brock University Student Alumni Association (BUSAA for short!). For more information on BUSAA, you can check out the group website here! In this event, we dressed up as a group as the Carebears to raise money for the Big Brothers Big Sisters Charity, and it was a really fun night!
Here is a picture of a few of my group members and I!
