Need a break from studying?!
Going to the movies on Friday night, or any night really, is a great way to take a break and also have fun with your friends! A few nights ago my friends and I went to see the Silver Linings Playbook at Empire Theatres. I don’t want to give too much away, but if you want to know more about the movie, click here! Heading out for a night at the movies is incredibly easy in St Catharines, because our movie theatre is attached to the Pen Centre, which is our local mall! The theatre, and the mall are all accessible on a 15 minute bus route that leaves right from campus! Within its scheduled times, the bus leaves each location every half hour, which makes it super easy for students to get to the mall, and then get back to campus after their movie is over!
So, if you have a free night and you’re looking for something to do, go see a movie at Empire! You won’t regret it! And remember, Tuesday is cheap night! 🙂
