Cardio at Brock University – Sweatin' It Out

On Wednesday, a few of my best friends mentioned that they were trying a new workout class. They found some classes that were offered for free in the fitness studio! Who knew?! So we met up at the fitness studio at 5pm. There was a group of approximately 30 people in this class. The instructor was amazing to the point that she deserves her own work out video! The instructor started us off with a kickboxing style warm up and then moved us into cardio stations. The entire cardio and core work out lasted for an hour. My friends and I tried our hardest to keep up with the instructor. I felt like  the cartoon guy in the picture below but WE SURVIVED! 🙂 Afterwards, we were not great to look at but we felt awesome! Perhaps we found these classes just in time to start getting in shape for summer!!!
