This past Friday, Kirstin (best friend) and I went to the movie theaters to see The Hunger Games. We waited for 2.5 hours in line and got some great seats!
We rated it 4.85 out of 5 stars. The acting from all of the actors/actresses were incredible 
and the movie felt so real. I send out a shout out to Jennifer Lawrence, who plays Katniss (the main female character) for capturing every intense emotion on screen – way to go! All of the events from the book were portrayed in the film. Only two small scenes were altered from the book but it was not a big deal.
I highly recommend you to read the books and then see the movie. You are able to follow along to the movie, if you have not read the books but it will make your experience that much better in my opinion. There will be another movie to follow the series! Hopefully it will be as good as the first movie!
