Do you ever have the feeling to just go shopping? Or perhaps you have an addiction problem to purchasing merchandise? When you come to Brock, you need to know where the ‘hot’ shopping spots are!

First is the Pen Center. Click here for the Pen Center website. The Pen Center is the mall, the food court, a connection to the Empires movie theater and to Zehrs, the grocery store. The Pen Center is your standard mall with clothing, electronics, home decor, books, coffee, shoes, and candy. However, it is crucial to note that there is a GLOW IN THE DARK MINI PUTT as well. How exciting! Across the road is a strip mall with Marble Slab (ice cream parlor), and Bulk Barn – yum! If you are interested in restaurants, this area has London Arms, Kelsey’s, Boston Pizza, McDonald’s and Cora’s Restaurant.  From Brock, there is a Pen-Brock bus that runs every 30 minutes, seven days a week!

Of course, the shopping district is not restricted to one area. Downtown St. Catharines is a fun filled location with lots to do! Click here for the St. Catharines website that focuses on the shopping district downtown. Also, if you click on the ‘Downtown Business Directory’, you can find a specific business that you may be looking for. Restaurants, cafes, bakeries, a farmer’s market, clothing, home decor, and electronics business are be found downtown. The Glenridge bus that starts at Brock, leaving every 15 minutes and travels to the downtown terminal to access the downtown core.

With a transit bus or car, Niagara Falls is only 20 minutes away. Despite touring the Falls, the shopping district and tourism centers are within the same area!

A Coach Canada bus can take you to Toronto within one hour. You can buy tickets at Brock in the General Store for less than $20.00. Buses arrive on campus at several points throughout the day, which means that you do not have to leave campus to prepare for your trip! Once you arrive at the downtown Toronto bus terminal, you can take the TTC to Yorkdale or any other interested shopping areas.
