The Office of the Registrar provides a wide range of services and is responsible for maintaining the integrity of your student academic record. As a key campus centre, the Office of the Registrar offers information on admission, course information and registration, grade reporting and degree audit, academic advising, Convocation, and issues official academic transcripts, among other services.
Brock’s main information desk is located in the lobby of the Arthur Schmon Tower. Here you will find maps of campus, brochures for events and programs as well as a helpful person behind the counter to answer all of your questions.
The Arthur Schmon Tower is Brock University’s flagship building, with it’s main entrance and information desk housed here. Six of the 13 floors are the James A. Gibson Library. Its 13th floor contains University senior administration offices. The Registrar’s Office is on the third floor; financial aid and Student Development Centre on the fourth, and Human Resources and the finance office on the 12th. Its underground level is home to Faculty of Humanities classrooms, Career Services, Guernsey Market and spacious Market Hall.
