Five-Mile Dry Zone Around Camps.

WASHINGTON, July 23. — By Executive order issued today by President Wilson prohibited the existence of disorderly resorts or saloons within five miles of any military camp. Private persons living within five miles of a camp may have liquors in their possession for personal use, but may not give them to any soldier.
