Five Mile Vice Zone to Get Test in Court

Test is to be made of the government’s "vice mile vice zone" law, so far as Chicago is concerned and at once. Michael L. Igoe, attorney for Mrs. Anna Schulty, gave notice of that fact yesterday and asked a change of venue in the case from Judge Landis to Judge Carpenter.

The Schulty woman was recently indicted on a charge of operating a disorderly house in the forbidden district. It is understood that Attorney Igoe will contend that neither the municipal pier, the lake front training station, nor any other government station in Chicago is a government army post in the meaning of the law.
