Arthur Burrage Farwell Will Preside at Session of Illinois Association Feb. 13.

The Illinois Vigilance association will hold its annual meeting in the Central Y. M. C. A. auditorium on the afternoon of Feb. 18. Arthur Burrage Farwell will preside and addresses will be made by the Rev. Jenkin Lloyd Jones. Dr. Charles J. Kurtz. Rabbi Tobias Schanfarber, B. S. Steadwell, and the Rev. Ernest A. Bell.
