Midnight Mission in Letter to Vice Commission Commends Cleanup Plans for West Side

Opposition to any segregation of the west-side "levee" and commendation of the efforts of the west side business men to have that district cleaned are expressed in a letter sent to the vice commission yesterday by the Midnight Mission. The letter opposes any movement toward segregation in any part of the city.
