OSAP 'School Year End Approaching' Notice and the NSLSC Online-Services Secure Mailbox
The National Student Loan Service Centre will be posting information in your Secure Mailbox soon regarding your 'School Year End Approaching' notice (formerly known as the Period of Study End Date letter). They will no longer be mailing out the paper letters so be sure to check your secure mailbox for details regarding your OSAP loan and repayment deadlines.
30% Off Ontario Tuition Grant deadline is March 1st!
The 30% Off Ontario Tuition Grant stand alone application deadline is quickly approaching. Applications for the grant must be submitted by March 1st, 2015. For more information regarding eligibility, deadlines, and the application process please use the following link:
If you receive OSAP you are already considered for this grant and do not need to submit an application.
Not getting OSAP this year?
If you don't need OSAP this year, but have previous OSAP loans, you can keep your OSAP interest free and out of repayment while you are still in school. You'll need to fill out a "request for continuation of interest-free status" form - but we can only process it *after* you are back in school. To get the form, download it from our OSAP forms page (right at the bottom of the page) - or visit us in our office to fill one out in person.
OSAP is on the way!
We've already confirmed OSAP for thousands of students, and the first payments are starting to arrive. Keep an eye on your bank account and your student account for the payments.
If you submitted your OSAP application this month, it may still be processing. Check your status online at www.ontario.ca/osap for details.
