To accommodate students’ academic obligations and minimize their absence from classes, on-campus interviews are preferred. At the student’s discretion and availability, arrangements may be made to accommodate on-site interviews. If travelling to campus is not convenient, telephone or video interviews can also be arranged
INTERVIEWS DURING CONTINUOUS HIRING CYCLE
If you are conducting interviews outside of the Rankings cycle, simply inform the co-op office of your hiring decisions so that we can present the offer to the student. If you prefer to make an offer directly to a student, please inform us of the offer and whether the student accepts or declines.
INTERVIEWS DURING RANKINGS CYCLE (Bachelors of Accounting ONLY)
Please note that if you are interviewing during the Rankings cycle, Rankings must remain confidential. To maintain the integrity of the Rankings Process it is imperative that no discussions take place with candidates regarding ranking decisions and that no offers are made directly to candidates before receiving confirmation from the Brock University Co-op Programs Office regarding the status of the rankings. Students have been informed that they must not accept concrete or tentative offers before the rankings process is complete.
