Students are financially responsible for all tuition and related fees associated with registered courses. Check your student account online - Brock does not mail invoices.

Payment is due by the due date or the date of registration, which ever is later.
Any additional fees charged throughout the academic year are due immediately.
Notification of Required Payment
THE UNIVERSITY DOES NOT MAIL STATEMENTS TO PROMPT PAYMENT. To determine your account balance you must access your Financial Account Information on-line through the portal.
*To avoid interest, service charges, and other consequences, be sure that you allow sufficient time for payments to be received based on the method of payment (i.e. bank payments can take up to 5 business days to be received by the University). Interest and service charges will not be waived for late payment.
For the fall/winter session only, courses beginning in September (D1 & D2) are due the first day of Fall term. Courses beginning in January are due the first day of Winter term. Remaining balances will accrue interest as of October 1st and February 1st respectively, at 1.5% of the outstanding balance on the 1st of each month. Student account access may be restricted. Valid interest charges will not be reversed. Please allow sufficient time for payments to be received based on the method of payment (i.e. bank payments can take up to 5 business days to be received by the University).
OSAP Students: You must redirect funding to the University for the following to apply:
Students with a confirmed OSAP assessment before July 31 of $10,000.00 or more may pay a reduced residence 1st instalment amount. Please see the Residence Fees page for details. OSAP students living in residence should check the fee calculator online, to determine the minimum first instalment. OSAP students, redirecting funds to the University will only be charged interest on any outstanding balance that is over and above their entitlement for both F/W sessions. That amount is subject to change, based on your registration and or reassessments made by OSAP.
