Pick up procedures

To pick up your camper, please park in M lot and walk to CJ’s Lounge.  A staff member will greet you and assist you in signing out your camper.  PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAMPER WITHOUT SIGNING OUT.

Your camper will be released to the people that were listed on the drop-off / pick-up authorization section of the on-line registration ONLY.  If you wish to add people to the list, please inform the camp in writing, in person or by phone. Please display valid photo ID during each camper pick-up.

Our programs take place over the university building and grounds. Campers will be arriving at the pick-up location between 3:50 – 4:00 p.m. for our closing ceremonies.

Arriving Late for pick-up

Staff members have other commitments, including preparation for the next day and their own family pick up arragements, that make it unrealistic for them to supervise campers after 5:30 p.m.  Parents will be charged a late fee of $5/15 min.

Early pick-up

Youth University uses classrooms and outdoor locations across the entire Brock University campus. For this reason, it is difficult to accompany campers to meet their parent/caregivers at odd times throughout the day. If you need to remove your camper, please make every attempt to do so during their lunch period. If you plan to do this, or if this is not possible and you wish to make other arrangements, please speak with our Enrichment Program Manager or camp coordinator prior to the first day of the camp session.
