Registrations cannot be confirmed unless they are accompanied by a registration form and camp fees have been paid for each child.
Unfortunately we cannot hold places for anyone who has not made payment arrangements at the time of registration.
Space is very limited and registrations will be accepted in the order that they are received in our office.
Cancellation of camps: Youth University reserves the right to cancel any camp for which there is insufficient enrolment. Upon camp cancellation, we will make every effort to contact you about the cancellation and discuss your options. Fees may be applied to another camp or refunded in full.
Full fees are refunded until 10 business days prior to the date of your child’s program.
Camp fees (less a $10 administration fee per day, per child) are refundable between 10 and 6 business days prior to the start date of your child’s session.
5 business days or less prior to the start date of your child’s session, fees become non-refundable as staffing and expenses have been fully committed at that time.
Please note, missed camp days cannot be made up.
The box lunch is optional but must be paid in full at the time of registration. Box lunch fees are fully refundable up to 10 business days prior to the start of your child’s session.
We will provide supervision for the period before and after our programming day (8:10 – 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 – 4:50 p.m.) for the convenience of working parents. When you register your child for camp, please indicate if you would like to sign up for a.m. or p.m. extended care. Extended care is a $10 value that is complimentary for Youth University families. Please note that you will be charged a $5 per 15 minutes late fee if you pick up your child past 4:50 p.m.
Youth University t-shirts can be purchased at the time of registration for a cost of $10 +HST. T-shirts will be available for pick-up on the first day of camp for your child.
