CHYS Wait List / Override Request

To request an override or placement on a waitlist, fill out the form below (a separate request for each course of interest). Requests are considered on an individual basis, and an override will be granted only if the request meets the requirements of your program, and there is space available in the course. Please note that requests made through this website are for CHYS courses only, and that requests will be considered only after registration for the term is open. Requests received in advance of registration will NOT be considered.

Students who meet the registration criteria will be given priority.
