Dean's Honour Roll
Faculty of Social Science
Dean's Honour Roll
At the beginning of each fall term, academic records are reviewed for all students who are majoring in a discipline in the Social Sciences. All students who have completed 5, 10, 15, and 20 credits are placed on the Deans' Honours Roll if they have an average of at least 79.5 percent on those credits. Only undergraduate credits that are completed at Brock University are used to calculate this academic average (i.e., no transfer credits). Students can be named to the Dean's Honour Roll up to four times during their studies at Brock, providing that they meet the minimum grade required on their undergraduate courses at each of the five-credit milestones. Part-time students qualify for the Dean's Honour Roll each time one of the five-credit milestones is met.
When students are named to the Dean's Honour Roll, they will receive a letter from the Dean via their Brock email accounts. Letters will be sent during the fall term each year.
