Instructions for Referees

All prospective students wishing to take Graduate Non-Degree Studies - MADS Qualifying Courses will need to submit two references.  References may be academic or professional.  In either case, referees should indicate the applicants ability to undertake graduate level courses in their chosen area of study.  All Referees are asked to kindly fill out the following form:

 This reference is specifically for the Graduate Non-Degree Studies - MADS Qualifying Courses.  Please only submit this document.  No different or additional documentation will be accepted.  Email scanned copies can be sent in as an attachment to qualifyingcourses@brocku.ca (please put Qualifying Course Referee in the Subject field), but to be considered complete, the original signed reference form must be received no later than March 30th.
