How to Use Behavioral Systems Analysis to Create Ethical Models of Service Delivery

Matthew T. Brodhead, Ph.D., BCBA-D – Assistant Professor, michigan state university

In this workshop, participants will learn how to apply behavioral systems analysis (BSA) to improve employee behavior in service delivery. After a review of BSA, we will survey examples of applications of BSA. Of particular, we will discuss how BSA may be used to reduce risk to ABA clients and providers during the COVID-19 pandemic. Then, participants will practice conducting a BSA and receive expert feedback and support in developing systems that improve employee behavior and ultimately enhance quality of behavioral services. Participants will leave the workshop with a designed intervention they can readily apply in their own organizations, they will also leave with the basic tools to make those interventions better and stronger over time.
