Program Information for 2011 - 2012

Anyone who has not been notified by telephone or email one week prior to an event should call the event coordinator or Anne Beresford.

 

1.     Those who noted in our survey (2010) their preference for telephone communication will be called by a member of the Telephone Committee. All others will be contacted through email. 

 

2.     The Executive will try to maintain the time schedules given in the Program Notes. Members are asked to arrive at events ten to fifteen minutes early for registration and assembly.

 

3.     Those who need transportation to an event may contact Evelyn Janke who will try to provide names of nearby members who may be able to car-pool with the caller.

 

4.     Members who know of others who are indisposed are asked to forward that information to Lynette Fast or Anne Beresford.

 

5.     Members are asked to forward items for the next issue of the BURA Newsletter to Editor Merle Richards.
