Important Information for Spring and Summer Examinations:

Students who plan to take more than one course must first check the posted examination schedules to ensure they will not have an exam conflict when selecting and registering for their Spring and Summer courses. It is the responsibility of the student to ensure their registered courses do not conflict in both the class and exam schedules. (Note that not all courses have exams.)

Two or more examinations scheduled at the same time constitute a conflict. Students who have conflicting examinations should complete a General Request Form Number 7, at the Registrar's Office reception, third floor, Schmon Tower. Indicate the courses in conflict, and address the form to the attention of Pat Cane, Associate Registrar, Examinations and Timetables. Please report conflicts immediately.

Students are expected to check their exams again at the end of term as it may be necessary to make some minor adjustments to location.

Students should note that cell phones, pagers, MP3 players, or other types of electronic devices are not allowed in any of the examination rooms. If you bring these devices to your exam you should expect to be separated from the device while you are writing your exam. This may mean placing it screen side down on the floor under your desk, or leaving it at the front of the room, to be collected on your way out of the exam room. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
