SUMMER FINAL EXAM SCHEDULE

Important Information for Spring and Summer Examinations:

June 2013 Examination Timetable:

Students are encouraged to leave personal items not required to write their exam at home.

Students who bring cell phones, IPads, laptops, IPods, head phones, ear buds or any type of electronic device, not approved by the instructor to be used in the exam, will be required to remove the device from their ears, pockets, purses, bags, etc. and asked to deposit in a plastic zip bag. The devices must be turned off; the bag placed under their chair. All other items such as books and coats will be required to be placed under the desk. All items must remain undisturbed for the duration of the examination.

Two or more examinations scheduled at the same time constitute a conflict. The examination timetable has been constructed based on student course registration at May 12, 2013 and there are no conflicts identified. Students whose registration was incomplete at May 12 may have an examination conflict. Students who have conflicting examinations should complete a General Request Form, at the Registrar's Office reception, third floor, Schmon Tower. Indicate the courses in conflict, and address the form to the attention of Pat Cane, Associate Registrar, Examinations and Timetables. Please report conflicts immediately.

Students are expected to check their exams again at the end of term as it may be necessary to make some minor adjustments to location.

The Registrar's Office is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

July and August Examination Timetables:

The examination timetable for second term courses will be posted by Friday, June 21. Examinations for Summer term will run on Friday, August 23.

The examination timetable for Summer will be posted by Friday, July 26. If you plan to register in accelerated courses, please contact your instructor once classes begin to determine if there will be an examination in your course.
