Course Title Spectroscopic Techniques for Structure Elucidation
Description Use of instrumental methods for the determination of structures of molecules. Techniques will include mass spectrometry, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, covered Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, visible and UV spectroscopy, computerized data manipulation.
Course Format Lectures, tutorial, 6 hours per week.
Restrictions students must have a minimum of 9.0 overall credits.
Prerequisite(s) CHEM 2P20.
