Spring Convocation - June 7, 8, 9, 10, 11

Arrival Time

The ceremony is in the Ian Beddis gymnasium, Walker Complex. Guests should be seated no less than 30 minutes prior to the ceremony's scheduled start.  Those arriving within 20 minutes of the scheduled start time will be required to wait until after the Procession of Graduates and Platform Party members is complete and will be admitted only at a suitable "break" as determined by the convocation staff.

Directions to the Campus

Parking is free for the ceremonies; please follow the signs.  Guests with special needs can be dropped off at the door to the Walker Complex.

Accessibility at Brock

Tickets are not required. Seating consists of chairs with backs and bleachers, and is on a first-come, first serve basis.

How long is the ceremony?
Approximately 90 minutes.

Brock Campus Store
The Brock Campus Store will be set up in the Walker Complex. Pre-order your Diploma frames and jump to the front of the line to pick them up after the ceremony. Look for Brock giftware, flowers, official Brock jewelers and last minute items like batteries and memory cards for your convenience. 

Please join us for a reception after the ceremony in the Convocation Tent!

While there is no limit on how many guests you may invite, seating is on a first-come, first serve basis. Guests must be seated thirty minutes prior to the ceremony as the student processions begins shortly after. Please contact us directly should you require special assistance seating.
