Child & Youth Programs

 

Youth Strength Training in The Zone

Cross-training for youth in the university's fitness centre. A personal trainer will guide participants through a variety of cardio, strength and agility challenges.

Once this course is successfully completed, youth may purchase a summer Zone membership!

Wednesdays, May 9–June 13

  • 10–12 years: 5–6:30 pm
  • 13–14 years: 6:30–8 pm

Aquatic Programs for Children

Lifesaving Society swimming lessons (Pre-School to Swimmer 6), Canadian Swim Patrol, Bronze Medallion/Cross, First Aid, Learn to Dive, Synchronized Swimming, Competitive Swimming (Olympic Way & Teen Competitive Skills), Snorkeling, Junior Lifeguard Club.
