Summer 2012 swim lesson registration
begins Monday, June 11 at 5 pm
 

Fall 2012 swim lesson registration
begins Saturday, August 25 at 9 am

Please have the following information available when you call:

• Contact information for each program participant
• Dates of birth & medical alert information of each participant
• Credit card number with expiry date
• Level information or previous Progress Report Card

Payment Options:

• Visa or MasterCard
• Debit/Interac (walk-in only)
• Cash (walk-in only)
• Cheque (walk-in only) made payable to "Brock University"
