We are now offering six different yoga programs taught by instructors who are certified in every style. Enrol in one or more of the 8-week yoga programs or purchase a 4-week all-access pass.

Enjoy this opportunity to learn yoga or just add variety to your program through static postures taught one at a time with an emphasis on linking breathing and movement.
- Mondays, 1-1:50 pm; starts Jan. 21 (no class Feb. 18)
Hatha (off campus)
Work at your own level of experience while focusing on linking breathing and movement through static postures. Classes are held once per week at Rodman Hall, 109 St. Paul Cres., St. Catharines.
- Wednesdays, 12-12:50 pm; starts Jan. 23 (no class Feb. 20)
Reduce your stress through coordinated breathing and movement, alignment in poses, and developing a clear and focused mind. This slower-paced class pays great attention to detail.
- Tuesdays, 5-6:20pm pm; starts Jan. 22 (no class Feb. 19)
Challenge yourself with this athletic style of yoga where dynamic and static postures are linked together with breathing in a sequence that flows from one pose to the next.
- Wednesdays, 1:30-2:50 pm; starts Jan. 23 (no class Feb. 20)
You will focus on deep stretching with hands-on adjustments in this Chinese base form of yoga—a traditional style that emphasizes slow movements and improvement in flexibility.
- Thursdays, 5-6:20 pm; starts Jan. 24 (no class Feb. 21)
Classic yoga poses have been modified for you so that they can be done in a chair or a wheelchair at your level of experience, ability, or mobility.
