"Computer Games as Storytellers": A Presentation by Tamer Thabet

Tamer Thabet, a PHD ALL BUT Dissertation (ABD) at University of Antwerp, Belgium, is visiting Brock University through the Visiting International Scholar Program.

On June 22, 2009, Prof. Thabet gave a special presentation at Brock University about his research on computer games. He divided his talk into three different parts: the potentials of game fiction, the new challenges for literary theory, and the possible theoretical framework for cyber-narrative analysis.

The presentation was followed by a short discussion period, during which the audience had a chance to learn more about Thabet's research and enjoy some refreshments served by Brock International.
