Additional Charges
- Special set-ups for activities requiring labour or supervision provided by departments other than Recreation Services will incur additional charges. This includes renting equipment that may be owned by the university or an external vendor.
- Rental charges for ancillary space (ie. showers, locker rooms, team rooms) will be levied only when these areas are requested for exclusive use, not in combination with other facilities.
- Playing field marking is additional.
- Custodial services (tables, chairs, staging, floor cover, cleaning, etc.) incur additional charges.
- In the event that the booking exceeds regular facility hours, additional staffing charges may apply.
- Part-time staff wages: $15/hour, full-time staff rates are per OSSTF union guidelines.
- For larger bookings where extra staff are necessary for safety and security purposes, additional staffing costs will apply.
- All activities requiring additional supervision or set-up and cleaning may be charged.
