About the program
Are you interested in a career as a paralegal? This collaborative study program is designed to offer students both a degree in Political Science from Brock University, and to train individuals at Seneca College who wish to become licensed paralegals in accordance with the requirements of the Law Society Act. Licensed paralegals may act in a self-employed capacity and offer specified legal services directly to the public for a fee without the supervision of a lawyer, or may be salaried employees in various legal environments. Brock University and Seneca College have teamed up to develop the Collaborative Study - Paralegal program (CSP). In just four years, students in the CSP Program earn both an Honours BA degree from Brock University and a Paralegal diploma from Seneca College.
