Out-of-Province Canadian Secondary School Applicants:
Application: OUAC 105
(www.ouac.on.ca [2])
Important application dates: the application generally opens in mid September. For deadlines Brock deadlines refer to http://www.brocku.ca/registrar/admissions/admission-deadlines [4]

English Language Proficiency Test Results (if required)
Current Ontario Secondary School Applicants:
Early offer consideration: mid February
May round consideration: mid April
Applicants for whom English is a second language must submit evidence of English language Proficiency. Studying in an Ontario secondary school does not automatically exempt applicants from this requirement. Out-of-Province Canadian Secondary School Applicants:
Applicants for whom English is a second language must submit evidence of English language Proficiency. Studying in an Ontario secondary school does not automatically exempt applicants from this requirement. Applicants should contact admissions@brocku.ca [6] early in the application process if they have any questions regarding the need to submit a test score. An admissions decision will only be made once a test result is submitted.
Grade Submission Deadlines
Current Ontario Secondary School Applicants:
During the admission cycle Ontario secondary schools submit grades to the Ontario Universities Application Centre (OUAC) on behalf of students. These grades are then forwarded on to the universities.
Canadian Out-of-Province Secondary School Applicants:
In order to be competitive with Ontario secondary school applicants, out-of-province students should have their school send grades directly to Brock at the following points during the school year:
(1) upon completion of semester one –final grades
(2) upon partial completion of semester two – mid-term grades
(3) after completion of semester two – final grades
Applicants who are not currently attending secondary school are responsible for arranging with their secondary school to have academic results sent directly to Brock University.
