Have you ever wanted to create your own movie? You and your family will tell a story using LEGO, clay, other props and the Brock campus. Learn about digital video editing using specialized computers and software as you create a family stop motion masterpiece.

Your family will compete to design and build the fastest, strongest, smallest, largest, lightest, heaviest, most maneuverable, most durable, and coolest LEGO NXT robot vehicle to accomplish a variety of tasks.

Want a taste of the video game design process including game story writing and production? As a family you will learn how to control characters, objects and outcomes in your own famiy video game. Game on!

What should we expect?
Families should expect to work together on their project with the guidance and support of the instructor and other families. We will begin the session with a light game, move into a few activities, then onto the main project. Finally, each family can bring home a copy of what they created through the program.
