Postive Active Living for Students (PALS) - Spring 2013
The PALS program is entering its 18th year of programming for elementary school students in Grades one through eight. The program operates for seven weeks during May and June. The objective of the program is to expose students to a variety of sports and activities that are inclusive for all students. The program is held at Brock University's Walker Complex recreation centre.
We recognize the importance of increasing the awareness of the need for daily physical activity in the lives of our young people. We are excited to offer activities that are exclusive to Brock and allow students access to our facilities.
Please note: The Brock pool will be closed for renovations during the spring and summer of 2013 (April through August), so there will be no swimming component of the Pals program.
Registration will open Friday, Nov. 16, 2012 at 8:15 am.
The 2013 program will run from May 13 through June 26, with no program on May 17 or 20th. Call 905-688-5550, x4060 to register.
In order for your group to have the best experience, classes are limited to 20–35 students. If your class is larger than 35, we will split it into two groups and you will be required to book two spots. An additional deposit of $100 will be required.
