Enjoy a variety of fun and friendly classes ranging from yoga and step to pilates and athletic boot camp that will provide you with an opportunity to develop, grow, and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Our certified staff have the skills and enthusiasm to put you on the road to optimum fitness—no matter what your fitness level, interests, goals or schedule.
Spinning classes are available to Zone members only.
AquaFit classes are offered in the mornings, noon-hour, and evenings during the week. We even offer a FREE class twice per week for Brock students.
