Our policies and procedures are posted so that students have easy access to important information. Anyone considering a room switch [1] can find out what they have to do to set the wheels in motion. Whether you are moving out at the end of the Fall or Winter Term [2] or at some time in between [3], you will want to know what to do and how to do it. Regardless of when you move out you will find it useful to know what to do when vacating a residence room [4]. The residences close over the Winter Break [5] so be sure to make a note of the date you will be expected to leave and the date on which you can return for the Winter Term. During the Winter Term students living alone in a double room will have the opportunity to retain the room privately if they pay the consolidated single [6] fee.
