The first major data-input step of Brock’s Program Review begins this week when the Program Identification Form is released — enabling administrative and academic departments to begin the process of defining the University’s programs.
The Program Identification Form will be available online this Thursday Aug. 15, as scheduled, after it was finalized today by the Task Force overseeing the Program Review.
Instructions and tips for completing the form will also be available online.
As well, a series of information sessions has been scheduled where supervisors and staff can get first-hand advice on understanding and completing the forms. Managers, chairs and directors are encouraged to attend the information sessions along with any support staff who will be helping complete the Program Identification Forms.
The information sessions will take place in Academic South 202 on the following dates:
Managers, chairs and directors will be receiving information later in the week on how to access their Program Identification documents.
Meantime the Task Force is continuing to work on a draft of the criteria that would be used in the Program Review. The draft criteria will be available for review soon, at which time the Task Force will initiate an online consultation process about that document.
