Online registration services will be customized to fit the needs of your conference, registration management and management of finances.
The Conference Registration service includes the following:
Client consultation to review your registration needs and to assist you with scripting registration information.
An online registration site that is linked to the main conference website, 24-hour online registration for delegate convenience, automated confirmations to registered delegates and the creation of nametags and reports.
On-site registration occurs on the event day and provides on-site resources, distribution of registration kits, answers delegate enquiries and provides on-site payment capabilities.
Financial management including credit card or cheque payments, allocation of registration revenue, refunds where applicable and a full post-conference financial report.
